Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that a non-refundable deposit and card on file will be required, for new clients, to book chemical and/or extension appointments. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if appointment is rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will forfeit the deposit and may result in additional charges to accommodate for 100% of the scheduled service.
